Tonight's theme is "Owning Your Time & Life Choices".
Time is the only limited, nonrenewable resource we have. Assuming we live to 70 years old, that's about 25,000 days. The question is: How do we own our time and own our life?
My personal tip: I set up time limits on apps that I don't want to spend too much time on, to avoid mindless scrolling. I look forward to hearing your experiences and practical tips!
Yun shared her time management journey, evolving from early rising obsession to energy management, and finally to viewing life as an integral whole.
Key Insight: "Every moment is your life journey. Stop separating your time into rigid boxes - work time, family time, your own time. When you're working, you're building your skills and experience. When you're with your kids, it's not an obligation, it's a precious gift."

Key Point: "I'm lazy and can't control myself. So I joined a club where everyone is disciplined and energetic. I choose excellent people to surround myself with, and they push me to improve."
Insight: If you lack self-discipline, join a community of achievers who will motivate you.
Guest Speaker
Key Point: Time management failed when he didn't plan end times for tasks before classes. Tasks would run over into class time.
Learning: Always set specific start AND end times for tasks to protect your schedule.
Member Speaker
Key Point: "I used to be ambitious and goal-oriented, but I realized there are very limited things I can control. The more I wanted, the more frustrated I became. Now I prefer 'winning' (winging it) - no pressure, just embracing whatever life throws at me."
Philosophy: Love is a journey. The most fun part is experiencing it without expectations for the ending.
Problem: Spends 2-3 hours daily browsing short videos on TikTok, Red Note, WeChat.
Solution: Bought three alarm clocks! One is a "potato timer" with 25/5/15/45 minute options. Another sings every hour. This helps her stop scrolling and start doing what she loves - reading, exercise.
Quote: "Three alarm clocks are really helpful!"
Key Point: Sleep is essential for time management. Without good sleep, you can't work efficiently, learn clearly, or exercise. The morning is the most important time of the day.
Insight: Good sleep = productive day.
Pathway: Presentation Mastery
Opening: "What would you do if you have two great options in front of you, but you're afraid to pick either one because you think there might be a better option out there?"
The BOBO Concept:
Personal Story: Faced a career choice - stay with main company (stable, familiar) or join subsidiary team (trusted teammates, no guarantees). Realized BOBO was stealing her peace, so she chose her team.
Key Takeaway: Most choices are valid in the long run. The real win is choosing something and showing up for it.
