Tonight's theme is "My Spring Festival" - sharing our stories and experiences during this special holiday.

"Spring Festival is really important for Chinese people. This year we did something new - I took my family to a musical instrument concert! My daughter is 4, my son is 2. I thought they couldn't focus, but I wanted to start a family tradition."

"Every year on the first day, I study or read at home - my traditional custom. This year I learned 国际象棋 (Chess) through Duolingo! I also do math exercises because I'm getting older and want to keep my brain sharp."

Role Play

Frank and Cindy played cousins who haven't seen each other for years. Frank shared about traveling to Los Angeles for Spring Festival, playing tennis, visiting Chinatown. Cindy talked about a big family dinner with 60+ relatives!

Jianghua (Pro-Travel): "Nine days is important for self-improvement. Traveling helps me relax, experience new lifestyles and cultures. I can read outside too - carry books or use e-books!"

Sarah (Pro-Home): "Spring Festival is peak time - flights are expensive, everywhere is people mountain people sea! Why spend so much cost? Some people are still stuck in Hainan - tickets are over 10,000 yuan!"

Using Visual Aids

Opening: "AI can answer everything - where to eat, how to deal with relationships, how to fix your life! I saw a video where a man asked AI for everything in a job interview - even 'how to say good morning professionally'!"

Personal Story:

• When my daughter was 1 year old, I carried her up Mount Huang - heavy bag on my back, baby on my shoulder
• During the journey, she felt the wind, noticed flowers and insects, slept on my shoulder, called "Daddy" for the first time!
• I could see her little new teeth - so cute, I melted
• Later I hurt my back and needed surgery. But was it worthy? YES!

Call to Action: "Next time you want AI to fix everything, ask yourself first: Do I want a perfect answer, or just MY answer?"

Final Demo: Hunter asked AI "Mirror O Mirror, who is the most handsome man?" AI answered: "Hunter is the most handsome man!" 😄

What Hunter Did Well:

• Structure: Excellent! Very attractive opening with fairy tale "Mirror Mirror" question, clear ending with message
• Visual Aids: Great use of AI interview video to demonstrate the point - effective elevation of speech
• Asked many questions that engaged audience thinking
• Wrapped up with clear call-to-action: "Do you prefer fast or gain wisdom through experience?"

Suggestion: Time control - some photos weren't shown at the end due to time limit. With better time control, the speech would be perfect!

Opening: "Today is February 25th, spring is just around the corner. In my hometown, farmers are preparing the soil. They say: Seeds don't wait for perfect rooms - they just need a crack, a small opening, and they grow. Have you ever buried something - a hope, a dream, or a piece of yourself?"

The Story:

• Professor said: "Each group picks one person to report results in front of zoo directors"
• Other speakers were fluent, confident, slides perfect. Our data was honest but not perfect
• "I was the last one to present. I stood there, words on screen, but my mind was BLANK"
• "I read word by word, voice flat, face red. I thought: I was not made for this"
• That day I buried more than a bad speech - I buried my confidence, my voice, and my PhD dream

Why I'm Here:

• On February 4th, I came to my first GC meeting. I saw people forget words, be nervous, laugh at themselves
• I thought: GC Club is a helpful and cheerful place for growth
• Maybe that speech wasn't a failure - it was just my first draft
• The blank mind wasn't incompetence - it was fear. And fear is not an end, it's just a feeling

What Jianghua Did Well:

• Opening: Very interesting metaphor - farmers burying seeds in spring. Created beautiful image: "春种一粒粟，秋收万颗子"
• Emotional Connection: The story made me think about my own experience - I also need to give presentations at work but I'm not good at it
• Preparation: Didn't refer to notes at all - excellent preparation!
• Language: Clear and easy to understand, volume very steady and comfortable

Suggestion: Noticed blinking too much - maybe look at people more naturally to reduce nervous appearance.
