Pre-Meeting Survey Warren conducted a survey before the meeting to gauge AI familiarity:

• Showed three levels of AI: Chat (Q&A) → Agent (take action) → OpenClaw (multi-agent skills)
• Live demo: built a "Journey to the West" themed webpage in 30 minutes with Untie before the meeting
• Showed AI-generated maps, learning apps, and meeting minutes system
• 200+ people in Beijing learning OpenClaw; some already earning 1M from it

Brilliant Idea Julie designed creative role-play scenarios imagining life in 2036:

• Hunter & Bella: Very real conversation; Hunter's initial gesture (touching face) may signal hiding something; Bella's direct pointing was excellent
• Untie: Great use of real props, good pricing argument; suggestion: don't focus on just one audience member — look at everyone
• Jessie: Beautiful imagination with genuine smile throughout; suggestion: take 10 seconds to think of a summary before speaking

Cary's humorous evaluation style was praised by multiple people throughout the evening!

• Julie's Design: "Brilliant idea — role plays we can watch for free!" The concept of performing as robots/AI was fascinating
• KK: Relaxed, natural style — "It feels like your home." Suggestion: use more body language (mime the glasses, show the robot coach)
• Joanna & Cary: Joanna's open questions kept Cary talking forever; charming mixed British-American accent. Cary = "Mr. Know It All" with random humor sparks
• Annie: Drew us into the story with pet "Page"; suggestion: share more eye contact with the audience

Key Vision: Create a cultural club combining mindful practice, Daoist exercise, and cross-cultural storytelling — finding a "second career curve" through community building.

Pathway: IP L4 Project Management Challenging: 3-min limit

Project: New President Training Program (陪跑新主席)

• No Notes: Spoke entirely without looking at paper — impressive confidence
• Body Language: Relaxed, comfortable, good presence on stage
• Structure: Excellent — direct opening, clear content with examples, strong closing
• English Improvement: Remarkable progress; no overly long sentences, confident expression
• Growth: From third speech, truly inspiring transformation the whole club can learn from

• Clear Plan: Timeline, structure, and expected outcomes were well-presented
• Missing Element: Team composition needed more detail — who does what is crucial for project success
• Meaningful Project: "The value of Toastmaster is how to be a good leader — that's different from just delivering speeches"
• As ETC president, Hunter personally wants to join this training for leadership development

• The board reminder + floor-tapping encouragement drove high adoption

• Tina (Timer): Clear timing rules introduction; suggestion: try rule-based timing (not just role-based) for new structures like TT evaluators
• Jianghua (Ah-counter): Loved the smile and calmness — people feel comfortable when you speak
• Bing (Grammarian): Heartwarming word choice connecting human emotion to tech topic; high usage rate proves influence
• Julie (TT Master): Brilliant role-play concept, connecting and fast-paced; suggestion: use PPT/visual aids for long questions
• Cary (TT Eval): Clear, constructive, humorous; suggestion: add more affection through tone and smile
