Visionary Communication L1-4-2: Evaluation and Feedback
ใTwo More Yearsใ
Jianghua shared the inspiring story of his childhood best friend who ventured into special education entrepreneurship. After graduating from Nanjing Normal University of Special Education, his friend and wife returned to their hometown Lianyungang to start a rehabilitation center for children with developmental difficulties.
They faced numerous challenges: limited capital, few clients, skepticism from peers and teachers, and marital strain after their first child was born. Despite these obstacles, they persevered โ focusing on high-quality intervention services, gradually building community trust, and expanding from 1 center to 3.
"I just kept going for two more years than most people would have."

ใHow to Identify and Fight Back Against PUAใ
Inspired by the TV drama "Dangerous Relationships," Yunduan introduced the four core warning signs of emotional manipulation (PUA):
Signal 1: Excessive Flattery โ Abnormally sweet words and over-the-top attention are often the most dangerous beginning
Signal 2: Social Isolation โ Cutting off your connections with friends and family, making you dependent only on the manipulator
Signal 3: Constant Criticism โ Continuously putting you down until you feel you can't do anything well
Signal 4: Blame Shifting โ Pushing all responsibilities onto you, making you believe everything is your fault
"Learning to recognize and stay away from PUA is a very important lesson for everyone."
